It Only Took 5 Months

I dunno guys, one day life sucks and you're miserable because you live with your parents in the middle of nowhere, your husband works all the time, you only see each other on the weekends, and your kids start to forget they have a dad (not really but this is for dramatic purposes so play along). And then the next day you buy a house and life is good again. Your husband still works all the time and so do you for that matter, but at least you live in the same house and sleep in the same bed and you don't have a weird uncle who lives in your basement which is the biggest bonus of all.

WE BOUGHT A HOUSE! That's my front door, MY front door. I'd tell you where it is but then I'd have to kill you and that's just messy.

I still can't believe after 6 (almost) years of marriage and 2 kids, we did a truly mature thing and bought a house (because practically anyone can do those other things, I'm looking at you Teen Mom).

High fives all around.

XO

Super duper high five! CONGRATULATIONS! I am so excited for you! Now, don't go doing other adult things like driving a minivan. It's highly overrated. ;)

Congratulations! That's pretty much our story too except I've been married 7 years+. It is great to have a home especially with two little ones! Love the red door. That would be my choice too if HGTV wanted to come around and repaint our house.

How about a High Ten? Buying a house is a wonderful way to grow as a family and establish yourself in a community! Your patience has paid off, and now the fun begins! You can start and finish (or not finish, depending on which you prefer) as many home improvement projects as you want!
Congrats again! We love your blog! Take a look at our new little blog all about jewelry at www.lovenyladesigns.blogspot.com.
Enjoy the new digs!
