Stuck to it M,T,W, but Thursday subbed out split pea soup (didn't get started early enough) for some of the most delicious potato bacon corn chowder I've ever thrown together, and then Friday we tried out Slab Pizza before the Rooftop Concert. Slab Pizza? 2 major thumbs up, except they didn't have a high chair and we were, by far, the oldest and least hipster people there. Oh ye baby faced BYU students, bless your chaste little hearts. On our way out the door Paul and I high fived each other for the simple fact that if we wanted to go home and light the proverbial winter fires IN BED, we could. Win-Verbies. And on that note...

babyfaced chaste BYU . . .yes. awesome. This is what surrounds me 24/7. :) crazytalk when the 19 yr old girls in RS still lean over and ask Wait, how old are you??? (I'm only 27). Whatever.
I'm sorry we didn't meet up Fri, please let me know when you next come to Provo and I'll get you that cover. Hopefully it won't be rainy this week. Also we love SLAB too and go early- 4ish, you know like senior citizens, to avoid being treated like the old procreating weirdos.
Just had to say, have you ever tried Malawis pizza in Riverwoods? We went in with zero expectations, but WOW. Ridiculous. If you haven't been, go. And try whatever their version of Hawaiian is, I can't remember what they call it. Everything there is beyond amazing.

i love slab. the buffalo chicken and the thai chicken ar my favs. yum.
i posted my menu today too. i hope you like the pork, i thought it was pretty good. though my rice didn't turn out so ethan thought it was weird to have just pork on the plate. whoops.
have you ever had baked ziti? i like that.
i have loads of RC recipes on my desktop to print out. i don't know if that is one of them or not.
i just made lasagna. and it was GOOD. remind me next time to half the recipe since it could have fed twelve and we are only two. (finner is SO not a fan of real people food. it's quite frustrating.)
you inspired me. i cooked 5 out of the 7 days last week. 4 of them in a row. this was ha-uge is our house. i'm even tempted to start cooking my own bread, regularly, using wheat and all. like i said, you inspired me. :) and andy thanks you for now getting home cooked meals once in a while...
