There are people who send out holiday cards and there are people who don't.
I am among the former. I've sent out Christmas cards every year since I got married.
I love holiday cards, no really, I LOVE HOLIDAY CARDS! Mostly because it's the one time of the year when my mailbox is quite literally bursting with mail for me, mail that isn't comprised of mostly bills, mail from my friends and family, that I like (mostly), that don't want money from me or want me to buy something from them! I love seeing all the pictures and reading the updates, no matter how boring or full of stuff I already know. Blame it on my holiday spirit but that junk really fills up my Christmas cheer tank.
The first year I was married I ordered our cards from some random grocery store. They were sort of meh. The 2nd year we had just had the Nublet and correspondingly, our Christmas cards needed to be better than ever. So I ordered them from Shutterfly, and I've ordered from them every year since, this one included. True story, even before they gave me 50 free cards for writing this post. That's what I call capitalizing on the awesome. They even have holiday address labels, how's that for full service?
If you're lucky enough to be getting a card from me and mine this year, I hope you're ready for some serious cute kid action because hello, have you seen my offspring? Don't be jealous. Okay, maybe do. But I digress, the card itself will be from Shutterfly. So head over there and pick out a card for your own holiday message of joy and love and whatever else.
But don't pick the one I do, because that would be weird.
also, bloggers can get 50 free holiday cards from Shutterfly, to sign up see HERE
**this message is Kalli approved and yes, sometimes I will shamelessly plug something in exchange for awesome stuff so get over it

4 notes:
I am super lame at Christmas carding. I think these cards would improve my follow through. Must order.
We skipped Christmas cards last year but we're on the ball this go 'round. And I love Shutterfly for Christmas card. Just wait until you see ours. ;)
I WILL send you one while I'm at it. However, since you've moved so much, I'll probably send it to your old address. Would you be so kind and send me your new one? Pretty please?
I'm a Christmas card sender too. If you want a card from us send your address to my e-mail kelseykhartley@gmail.com.
