It's my anniversary today, maybe that's why I'm feeling like a giver. Because, you know, one could make a lot of jokes about giving in relation to weddings and getting married. Hardy har har, oh I kill myself...
Here are the muffins I made for breakfast:
Peachy Moist (you know you love that word) Muffins
1 1/2 C flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 C sugar
1 egg
1/2 C butter softened
1/2 C peach yogurt
(or one container of yogurt, I used apricot, you can use any kind you really want or whatever you have on hand)
1 tsp vanilla
1 C peaches, well drained and chopped (sure bet you could use fresh if you wanted though)
1 C chopped pecans if you feel so inclined, I did not
combine eggs, yogurt, butter, vanilla, add dry ingredients than fold in peaches and pecans
fill sprayed muffin tin or muffin cups generously, they don't rise much.
bake at 400 for 15-20 min, cool in pan for 10 min
you can thank me later
whaa no pictures? Picture this, my muffin top is epic.

I do love your moist muffins.
Oohhhh, the baby might need me to eat some of these!! I have to say - as a side note - when I saw the title of your previous post, I was all excited that you were announcing baby 2 had arrived!! (you know....that you were now a family of 4...) I'm such a dope sometimes! Lol - Happy Anniversary!!! :)
KK! I love you and hope you are having a gangstarific day! I know that your baby is anxious to be out of your gooey uterus too! GOOD LUCK! I love your wedding photos on the temple steps! Congratulations on #4! I saw the title of 'four' and figured you had had your baby! Dang. As of yesterday it was 10 months for us :) HA HA HA! Jimmy and I get to go to the temple next week though for the first time I'M STOKED!
I think we need to make these immediately. Not kidding. Let me just finish eating the last six homemade Oreos first...
Ah ha! Got it. 4 years, not 4 people.
Not the brightest bulb in Texas...
Happy anniversary, muffin.
ooh thanks! Congrats on the anniverserary!
made them. ate them. they were delicious. but they gave me heartburn, as almost everything does. Still, I ate more.
also, I bet my muffin top could beat up your muffin top.
oh I hate the word "moist" - almost as much as "supple".
But I'm still going to make these muffins - and give all the credit to your muffin top (which you will lose in a few days - or less)
