Now that I'm on the unemployed bandwagon, I find that Mondays aren't so bad anymore.
In fact, I'm even starting to like them.
I found myself exhausted after the Easter festivities yesterday so what's the remedy? Sleep in of course! Go to the gym at my leisure? Why yes! Ensure that my house is thoroughly vacuumed and free of dog hair? Go ahead, you've got time! Plan your weekly dinner menu (it's time for me to do this again I suppose)? Why the hizzle not?
I realize with my enjoying the unemployment so much I've become somewhat of a contributor to the downfall of the economy, which I'm against, of course (go economy, rise, RISE!). So here's my disclaimer:
If you get laid off from your job do your very best to find another unless you have a lovely husband who works as hard as the 7 dwarves (Hi Ho! Hi Ho!) so you don't have to.
And now, I need to go find a snacky.

Yeah to staying at home! I remember those days when I didn't have job but also didn't have a baby yet. They were a few short months of FUN! My girlfriend and I went shopping everyday.
Live it up! It will be over all too soon.
Rough life! I'm glad you are at home now and can do whatever the heck you want!
Maybe next week, if you can find the time, we can go to lunch. Because we love to eat and because I will be up there. I'll call you.
um..LOVE YOU!
I don't like you today.
You'll learn to hate Monday's again. I promise.
as mondays are my only half-day off from my jobs. i also love them. i go to the beach since it was about 90 here yesterday.
My six & 1/2 year old hates Fridays, of all things. I asked her why and she answered, "Because that's the day I have to do math assessments in class, and that means we have to do the whole entire paper by ourselves." Yeah, really rough.
Today being unemployed doesn't sound so bad...We miss your guts around here. At lunch we were saying how much we wish you were still here. Have fun eating chocolate and watching soap operas! There won't be much of that once your little munchkin comes along!!!
Dude--that is so unfair!!! I HATE Mondays! Well, I am happy for you. Enjoy Sunday nights/Mondays for me!
sleeping in is so nice. and you deserve a break... you have to focus on cooking up that baby.
